Paulino's journey began as a teenager when he left his hometown in Mexico to work in restaurants here in the US. He started as a porter and worked his way up to become a skilled cook and eventually, a restaurant manager. However, his passion for hospitality and cooking led him to pursue something of his own. Thus, El Pau was born. Chef Paulino started his own catering business 15 years ago, which quickly gained popularity among family and friends. With the unwavering support of his wife Cristina, they finally opened their brick and mortar last year. Today, they are serving their delicious food with love and pride, sharing their culinary creations with the community they adore.
